NASTY Shop/Manager Owner Rewards Program 

1. Eligibility 

  • Participation is open to Shop Owners and Managers that carry NASTY products within the Republic of South Africa.
  • To qualify for rewards, the retail outlet must be an active stockist of NASTY products at the time of registration and reward distribution.
  • Qualification: The store owner or manager’s phone number must be correctly linked to the promoter's profile during registration or onboarding. All promoter activations must be properly associated with the store.
  • The Prizes: Monthly prizes include physical prizes and other promotional incentives, which will be announced exclusively in the Official NASTY Promoter Rewards WhatsApp Group.
  • Leaderboard: Store rankings are managed by Lexi, our Points Assistant. Rankings are final and based on verified activation tallies within each calendar month. 

2. Shop Registration & Team Linking 

  • The Unique ID Rule: The Shop Owner or Manager must register using a unique Shop Phone Number. This number serves as the primary account ID for the entire location. The shop number is the same number as the Shop Owner or Manager’s Phone number.  
  • Staff Alignment: It is the registrant's responsibility to ensure all staff members use this specific Shop Phone Number when they register. This link ensures that all individual staff points are automatically aggregated to the Shop Leaderboard.
  • NASTY is not responsible for points lost or misallocated due to staff using an incorrect or unregistered Shop Phone Number.

3. LEXI: Dedicated Leaderboard Assistant

  • Upon successful registration of the Shop Number, the participant will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp from LEXI.
  • Participants must save this number as "LEXI" on their phone. 
  • Users can chat with Lexi at any time to check: 
    • The shop promoters’ current point balances 
    • View the Shop Leaderboard 

4. Earning & Leaderboard Rankings 

  • Team-Based Earning: Points are earned through the collective sales recorded by the shop’s registered team members.
  • The Shop Leaderboard: Participating shops are ranked based on the total cumulative points generated by the entire team under the registered Shop Phone Number.
  • Reward Eligibility: At the end of each month, the Shop Owner or Manager of the top-ranking shops on the leaderboard will be eligible to receive the designated monthly rewards. 

5. Monthly Rewards & Rankings 

Monthly rewards are awarded to the Shop Owner or Manager of the highest-ranking shops on the leaderboard at the end of each calendar month. To qualify for the top three prizes, the following minimum point thresholds must be met:  

  • 1st Prize: A reward of R 25,000 will be awarded to the shop with the highest number of points, provided they have collected a minimum of 500 points
  • 2nd Prize: A reward of R 15,000 will be awarded to the second-place shop, provided they have collected a minimum of 400 points
  • 3rd Prize: A reward of R 10,000 will be awarded to the third-place shop, provided they have collected a minimum of 300 points
  • Consolation Prizes: There are 10 Consolation Prizes of R 5,000 each. These are awarded to the next 10 highest-ranking shops on the leaderboard. Consolation Prizes are subject to a minimum requirement of 100 points.

Note: If a shop ranks in the top three but fails to meet the specific minimum point requirement for that any of the tier, they will be ineligible for that said prize. 

6. Reward Redemption & Official Distributors 

All rewards are issued as vouchers, which are valid for redemption only through the following official NASTY distributors: 

  • Africa Distributor 
  • Clippa
  • TJW
  • Wicked

Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used with the designated distributors listed above. 

7. Monthly Reset & Deadlines 

  • Monthly Cut-off: The leaderboard concludes at 11:59 PM on the last day of each calendar month. At this time, standings are recorded and locked to determine the final winners. 
  • Point Reset: Once the final record is secured, all shop points will reset to zero (0). Points do not roll over to the following month. 
  • Next Month’s Scoring: Any points earned after the 11:59 PM cut-off will automatically count toward the following month’s leaderboard. 
  • Reward Calculation: Rewards are strictly based on the final leaderboard standings at the cut-off of each month. Once results are verified, we will email the winning shop manager or owner with instructions on the next steps. 

8. Rewards & Verification 

  • Monthly "Big Rewards" is subject to change. Specific reward details can be found by scanning the official QR code. 
  • NASTY reserves the right to request proof of purchase or sales logs to verify the legitimacy of points earned before any rewards are issued. 
  • Rewards are non-transferable and are intended as a token of appreciation for the shop’s continued support in promoting NASTY.
