At Nasty, we strive to ensure your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Please read our detailed Delivery Policy below for all the information you need regarding shipping timelines, service coverage, and what to expect once you place an order.

1.  Delivery Options

All our orders are handled and delivered with care through our trusted delivery partner:

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, enabling you to track your parcel in real-time.

2.  Delivery Coverage & Service Areas

We currently deliver to selected areas across Gauteng and surrounding provinces. 

 

Below is a list of the areas we cover:

  • Gauteng: Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, Johannesburg, Sandton, Krugersdorp, Randfontein, Westonaria, Carletonville, Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark, Nigel, Heidelberg, Springs
  • North West: Rustenburg, Brits, Hartbeespoort Limpopo Border Zone: Magaliesbur
  • Free State Border Zone: Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp

3.  Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery timelines vary slightly based on your location:

  • Metro Areas (e.g., Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion, Sandton): 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Outlying & Regional Areas (e.g., Rustenburg, Potchefstroom, Heidelberg): Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery. Some delays may occur due to distance or courier scheduling.

Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Order Cut-off Time: Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day.

4.  Important Delivery Notes

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, the parcel may be returned to the depot or to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
  • Missed Deliveries: If missed, The Courier Guy will typically contact you directly to arrange redelivery.
  • Weather & Holiday Delays: Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to weather.

Once your package is dispatched, a tracking link will be provided so you can monitor your shipment.
