NASTY Owner/Manager Rewards 

1. Information We Collect 

To facilitate the shop reward system and leaderboard tallies, we collect the following information:

  • Identification Data: Name and the registered Shop Phone Number provided during registration. 
  • Performance Data: Records of "Hero Product" activations from your shop's staff, cumulative shop point totals, and leaderboard rankings. 
  • Communication Data: Interactions with "Lexi" (the Dedicated Leaderboard Assistant) and support queries sent to our WhatsApp help line. 

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the administration of the Shop Rewards program, including:

  • Point Aggregation: Calculating cumulative shop points based on successful activations linked to your Shop Number. 
  • Prize Processing: Identifying and verifying winners for the monthly R 65,000 prize pool (including 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Consolation prizes). 
  • Leaderboard Management: Updating the monthly Shop Leaderboard and managing the ranking system via Lexi. 
  • Program Updates: Sending essential notifications regarding monthly Hero Lists and reward announcements via the Official NASTY WhatsApp channels. 

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. However, data may be shared with:

  • Official Distributors: Wicked, Venture South, TJW, Africa Distributor, and Clippa) to facilitate the issuance and redemption of prize vouchers. 
  • Automated Service Providers: Technology systems like "Lexi" used to manage automated tallies and real-time shop rankings. 

4. Data Retention and Deletion 

  • Monthly Resets: While shop points reset to zero at the start of each month, we retain historical performance data for audit, prize verification, and internal reporting purposes. 
  • Account Closure: If you opt-out of the program or your shop ceases to carry NASTY products, your data will be archived in accordance with South African data privacy regulations (POPIA). 

5. Your Rights 

As a Shop Owner or Manager, you have the right to:

  • Request a summary of your shop’s current point tally and ranking through Lexi. 
  • Update your registration details or change the designated Shop Number by contacting support. 
  • Opt-out of the program at any time by requesting account deactivation. 

6. Security  

We implement technical measures to protect your shop's activation history and reward eligibility. This prevents unauthorized access or fraudulent "manual prize claims" that have not been verified through our official automated channels and distributor network.
