  • Communication Data: Information shared if you contact our support line or interact with our automated systems. 

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the administration of the rewards program, including:

  • Lucky Draw Administration: To assign and track your "Lucky Draw Entries." 
  • Winner Notification: To contact you via WhatsApp or mobile if you are selected as a winner. 
  • Program Growth: To improve our internal "NASTY Rewards" ecosystem and understand product distribution across South Africa. 
  • Marketing Communications: If you opt-in by joining our WhatsApp Channel, we will send updates regarding winners, new product launches, and future rewards. 

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. 
  • Service Providers: Data may be processed by automated system providers (like “Lexi”) solely to manage entry tallies and lucky draw randomization. 
  • POPIA Compliance: All data is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (South Africa). 

4. Your Rights 

You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. However, deleting your data prior to the monthly draw will result in the forfeiture of your entries for that period. You may opt out of our WhatsApp Channel at any time using the "Leave Group" functions.
