By entering in the SCAN2WIN competition, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions before participating.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees of NASTY and its distributors are not eligible to participate.
1.3. The Competition is only available to participants residing in South Africa.
1.4. Participants must follow @nasty.southafrica on Instagram and TikTok throughout the competition duration.
2. How to Enter
2.1. To enter, participants must scan the designated QR codes on any NASTY product and enter the unique code to earn entries into the competition.
2.2. The more products you buy, the more entries you accumulate.
2.3. Participants must create or log into their NASTY account to claim their entries.
3. Competition Prizes
3.1. Daily Cash Prize Winners

Daily winners will be selected based on their spin of the competition wheel.

The daily cash prize will be credited to the winner's NASTY Web Wallet.

Daily prizes are limited to five prizes per winner per day.

No cash alternative is available.
3.2. Monthly Winners

At the end of each month, one winner will be chosen from participants with the highest number of entries for that month via a lucky draw.

Monthly winners will receive a cash prize, credited to their bank account within 21 days.

Only entries received within the respective month will count towards the monthly draw.
3.3. Grand Prize

The participant with the highest total number of NASTY Points throughout the competition period (ends on 31st December 2025) will win the Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize will be a significant cash amount, transferred to the winner’s bank account within 21 days.

In the event of a tie for the highest number of entries, a draw will be conducted to determine the Grand Prize winner.
4. Competition Period
4.1. The competition ends on 31st December 2025.
4.2. All entries must be received before 11:59 PM (local time) on 31st December 2025.
4.3. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for any prizes.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. Daily prize winners will be chosen based on the outcome of their spin on the competition wheel.
5.2. Monthly winners will be drawn at random from participants with the most entries at the end of each month.
5.3. The Grand Prize winner will be the participant with the highest total number of points over the entire competition period.
5.4. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided in their NASTY account within 7 days of the draw.
5.5. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
6. Prizes and Prize Claims
6.1. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6.2. Winners agree to provide accurate and current contact information for prize fulfilment.
6.3. Any taxes or additional fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. General Terms
7.1. Publicity: By participating, winners agree to the use of their name, image, and any relevant information for promotional and marketing purposes by NASTY without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7.2. Disqualification: NASTY reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
7.3. Force Majeure: NASTY is not responsible for any delays, failures, or disruptions due to circumstances beyond its control, including technical issues, internet outages, or natural disasters.
7.4. Modification and Termination: NASTY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time, including in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any other unforeseen event that could affect the fairness or integrity of the competition.
7.5. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, NASTY is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from participation in the competition, the acceptance or use of a prize, or any error or technical failure of the competition system.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. Personal data collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with NASTY’s privacy policy.
8.2. By entering the competition, participants consent to NASTY processing their personal data for this purpose.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NASTY operates.
9.2. Any disputes related to this competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
