By entering the TASTE2WIN competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The competition is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees of NASTY and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.3. The competition is only available to participants residing in South Africa.
2. How to Enter
2.1. To enter, participants must follow these steps:

Scan the QR code on the tester box.

Fill in the required personal details.

Spin the wheel to win a prize.
2.2. Participants can only try once. To earn additional spins, participants must join the SCAN2WIN competition.
3. Competition Prizes
3.1. Daily Cash Prize Winners

Daily winners will be selected based on the outcome of their spin on the competition wheel.

The daily cash prize will be credited to the winner's NASTY Web Wallet.

Winners may win a maximum of one daily prize per day.
-
No cash alternative is available for daily prizes.
3.2. Monthly Winners

At the end of each month, one winner will be chosen via a lucky draw from participants who have accumulated the highest number of valid entries during that month.

Monthly winners will receive a cash prize, credited to their bank account within 21 days of the draw.

Only entries received within the respective month will count toward the monthly prize draw.
3.3. Grand Prize

The participant with the highest total number of NASTY Points throughout the competition period will win the Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize will be a significant cash amount, transferred to the winner’s bank account within 21 days of the competition end date.

In the event of a tie for the highest number of points, a draw will be conducted to determine the Grand Prize winner.
4. Competition Period
4.1. The competition begins and ends as announced by NASTY.
4.2. All entries must be received before the specified closing time.
4.3. Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible for any prizes.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. Daily winners will be chosen based on the outcome of their spin on the wheel.
5.2. Monthly winners will be selected through a lucky draw, based on the number of valid entries received during that month.
5.3. The Grand Prize winner will be the participant with the highest total number of NASTY Points at the end of the competition period.
5.4. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided during registration (e.g., email, phone number) within 7 days of the relevant draw.
5.5. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.
6. Prizes and Prize Claims
6.1. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6.2. Winners must provide accurate and up-to-date contact details for prize fulfillment.
6.3. Any taxes or additional fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6.4. All prizes will be credited to the winner’s NASTY Web Wallet or paid directly to their bank account, as applicable.
7. General Terms
7.1. Publicity: By participating, winners agree to the use of their name, image, and any relevant information for promotional and marketing purposes by NASTY, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7.2. Disqualification: NASTY reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
7.3. Force Majeure: NASTY is not responsible for any delays, failures, or disruptions due to circumstances beyond its control, including technical issues, internet outages, or natural disasters.
7.4. Modification and Termination: NASTY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time, including in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any other unforeseen event that could affect the fairness or integrity of the competition.
7.5. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, NASTY is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from participation in the competition, acceptance or use of a prize, or any error or technical failure of the competition system.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. Personal data collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with NASTY’s privacy policy.
8.2. By entering the competition, participants consent to NASTY processing their personal data for the purposes of the competition.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NASTY operates.
9.2. Any disputes related to this competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
